The range of measures is aimed specifically at people whose English language skills are inadequate and hinder their employment.

In most cases, these are skilled workers from the commercial sector, who have strong technical and industry-specific knowledge, but in particular do not have the sufficient language skills required in job offers from internationally active companies and corporations and have greatly reduced chances of integration due to these foreign language deficits.

This is aimed both at participants who are seeking employment with a local company and those who are seeking employment abroad.

During the measure, priority is initially given to the job-related and specific acquisition of foreign language skills.

After English lessons, participants are prepared for the activities required to find a job – at home or abroad.

During the course, the lecturers will also profile the participants and, if necessary, jointly prepare application documents in and according to the standards of the English language.
