Are you completing subsidized further training or retraining? Then, in addition to the regular funding, you can Further training bonus as a reward for your commitment and learning success. The bonus is paid out by the employment agency or job center and is tax-free.
This funding is primarily aimed at employees in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who are continuing their professional development and completing their qualification with an examination.

How high is the premium?

- You are completing subsidized further training or retraining
- The measure leads to a a recognized vocational qualification
- You pass the intermediate and final exams
- The measure is offered by a certified training provider such as IEC
- You are in a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) employed
