The exam consists of a written part and an oral part.

The exam consists of a written and an oral part and participants solve tasks in all skills. The receptive skills consist of reading and listening. Task types include multiple choice or matching. In the productive part, writing and speaking, participants deal with an input and have to express themselves about it in writing or orally. Some tasks cover both receptive and productive skills. In the oral exam, participants plan something together and talk about their opinions on a topic. The focus here is on direct exchange between the test participants.
Scaled exams assess language skills at two levels of competence. Therefore, there are tasks at both CEFR levels in all parts. Participants receive a certificate for either the lower or the higher CEFR level.

This exam is available as a paper-based exam. It can NOT be taken as a partial exam.
Please arrive at our test center at least 30 to 45 minutes before the start of the test.
You should have a valid identity card or passport with you.
We offer various preparation courses for the telc exams. Please ask at our test center for a suitable preparation for you. We will help you further!
The evaluation can take 4 to 6 weeks. The exams are assessed at the telc headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. As soon as we, the examination center, have the results, we will inform you immediately. You can then collect your certificate on presentation of your identity card.
Yes. Shipping is of course possible. However, shipping by post must be paid for on the day of the test. It costs €50 in Germany and €80 in other EU countries. Outside the EU, we send the certificates by DHL Express shipping for a fee of €100 for security reasons.
With an original signed power of attorney and a copy of your identity card, the certificate can also be collected by another person. Please remember that the person collecting the ticket must also have their identity card or passport with them.
Your language certificate will be valid indefinitely.
