ACQUISITION OF LANGUAGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Have you been in Germany for some time now and want to finally settle into working life?

As the metalworking industry has a very high and constant demand for hard-working and reliable employees, we see the best opportunities for you to start your career in Germany here.

In this intensive course, you will be taught the necessary job-related language skills and general professional knowledge full-time within three months in order to greatly increase your chances on the job market.

First of all, the focus is on the job-related acquisition of language skills. You will then be prepared for the activities required to find a job.

During the language course, the lecturers will also carry out profiling and prepare general application documents together. In addition, daily structures are built up over a longer period of time and professional mobility and flexibility are increased in order to prepare for everyday working life in Germany.

Finally, an overview of the regional and national labor market in the metalworking industry is provided.

As part of the measure, the respective cultural and, if applicable, legal circumstances, special features and differences, especially in the specific working environment, are also to be conveyed.
The course concludes with a detailed professional and purely theoretical knowledge transfer, which is intended to prepare participants ideally for everyday working life in the metal industry.
