1 What is retraining?
Retraining is a professional reorientation with the aim of obtaining a recognized recognized vocational qualification (e.g. IHK) to acquire.
It is aimed at people who are no longer able or can no longer or no longer want to and would like to open up new career prospects.

Yes, IEC will provide you with PC equipment free of charge at your disposal.
This allows you to complete the retraining comfortably from home (home office) or directly from one of our locations directly from one of our locations.

14. do I also have vacation during retraining?
Yes.
During your retraining you have statutory entitlement to vacationas a rule 26 to 30 days per year – depending on the duration and model (full-time/part-time).
The vacation times are coordinated with the training provider.
