In our online course, you will not only acquire the necessary pedagogical, legal, psychological, organizational and methodological skills, but also learn how to guide your trainees to think and act independently.

Our course is specially designed to optimally prepare you for your future role as a trainer and for the trainer aptitude test. As an employee training institution recognized by the Düsseldorf district government, we allow you to take educational leave for this online course.

Contents of the online course:

• Checking the training requirements and planning the training
• Preparation of training and involvement in the recruitment of trainees
• Implementation and completion of the training
• Preparation for the oral trainer aptitude test

Target group:

This online course is aimed at anyone who:

• would like to successfully complete the trainer aptitude test,
• require the trainer aptitude test as an admission requirement for further training,
• want to prepare for the exam full-time and from the comfort of their own home within five days.

Course format:

• Full-time online course
• Monday to Friday, approx. 08:30 – 16:30
• Comprises approx. 50 teaching units of 45 minutes each

Our experienced management team and lecturers are themselves examiners at the chambers and have many years of experience in the field of trainer aptitude tests. You benefit from the latest knowledge and the highest precision in teaching.

Exclusive online preparation:

Participants have the opportunity to prepare, present and simulate their presentations and instruction concepts for the practical examination online. Active feedback and suggestions for improvement support you on your way to exam success.

The test:

Please note that due to changes in the examination registration system, you must register for the examination yourself. The examination can be taken at any IHK throughout Germany.

Free repetition and funding opportunities:

If you unexpectedly fail the exam, we offer you the opportunity to retake it free of charge in the next course. You can find information on funding opportunities such as education vouchers, education premiums and upward mobility grants (Aufstiegs-BAföG) on our website.
