Funding through state programs
 Exploiting regional opportunities
Up to 70 % subsidy with IEC and the programs of your federal state
Every federal state promotes further education differently – we help you get the best out of it for you
In addition to nationwide funding such as education vouchers or QCG, many federal states offer their own programs for financing vocational training. These grants are often particularly attractive because they can be used in addition to other funding.
With IEC as a certified training provider, you not only receive suitable courses, but also support in selecting and applying for the right state funding.

What are state programs for continuing education?
State programs are regional funding measures that are initiated and administered by the respective ministries. They supplement federal programs and often offer higher subsidies or simplified access.
Examples:
- NRW education voucher – up to €500 grant for employees

- Qualischeck Rhineland-Palatinate – up to €1,000 funding

- Continuing education bonus Hamburg – up to 50 % of the course costs

- Master craftsman bonus Bavaria – € 2,000 after successful completion

Requirements for funding
- Place of residence or work in the respective federal state

- Participation in a certified course (IEC fulfills all requirements)

- Application before the start of the course

- Depending on the program: certain income limits or target groups

Further state subsidies
In addition to the state programs, there are also nationwide benefits, e.g:
- Tax deductibility of further training costs

- Promotion of continuing education courses (e.g. part-time Master’s degrees)

- Future starters – especially for young adults without a vocational qualification
