Experience optimal preparation for your IHK / HWK examination in 3 weeks in accordance with the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO).

The trainer aptitude test (also known as the “AdA certificate”) is the only recognized and standardized qualification in Germany for demonstrating knowledge of work education. As a trainer, you have both a key qualification in professional life and a key role in relation to future trainees in the German dual training system.

In addition to personal and professional aptitude, trainers must have pedagogical, legal, psychological, organizational and methodological knowledge and skills. You should also not only teach your trainees specialist knowledge, but also encourage them to think and act independently.

In our course we prepare you for your future work as a trainer as well as for the trainer aptitude test at the IHK or HWK.

Our institution is recognized by the Düsseldorf district government as an employee training institution for an unlimited period of time. You can take educational leave for this training.
