1 Who is coaching suitable for?
The coaching is aimed at people interested in setting up their own business, the self-employed and people with a concrete business idea who want to establish or expand their business.
Participation is open to all.
- Unemployed persons or persons at risk of unemployment
- People with completed vocational training or at least 2 years of professional experience
- People with a good knowledge of German and a concrete desire to start a business
2. is coaching really free of charge?
Yes, the coaching is certified according to § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 4 SGB III and can 100 % via an AVGS voucher (activation and placement voucher) from the Jobcenter or the employment agency can be funded.
That means: No costs for you – neither for participation nor for the materials.
3. how do I get the AVGS voucher?
You can obtain the voucher directly from your contact person at the job center or employment agency.
Just say simply that you are taking part in the approved measure “Introduction to self-employment” would like to participate.
If you wish, we will be happy to support you with the application – quickly, easily and with the right templates.
4 How does coaching work?
You will receive 50 hours of individual 1:1 coaching with experienced business coaches.
Appointments are arranged flexibly and can be on site in Wuppertal or online via MS Teams take place.
The coaching is practical, personal and is geared 100 % to your goals.

6. can I also do the coaching online?
Yes, the coaching is hybrid : You can on site in Wuppertal participate or online from home or from the office – just as it suits your everyday life.
If you don’t have a device, we can provide you with PC equipment free of charge (loan device) if required.
7. are there fixed dates or can I plan flexibly?
The appointments are arranged individually and flexibly arranged – you can adapt them to your everyday life.
Coaching should support you, not stress you out.
8. is there an exam at the end?
No, there is no test.
The aim is for you to come away with a viable business plan, a clear strategy and a real implementation plan from the coaching – in other words concrete results instead of theory.
9 Where does the coaching take place?
In Wuppertalin modern, barrier-free training rooms with kitchen kitchen, WLAN and a friendly atmosphere – or online via MS Teams.
